This full renovation reworks the existing structure, Annan worked alongside the team at Overlay Interior Architecture and Design.
This project required a high level of precision and consistency, with all finishing carpentry carefully executed to complement the refined architectural vision. We installed detailed skirtings, scotias, architraves and wall bolection mouldings throughout, adding subtle depth and structure to the otherwise clean, minimalist spaces.
A key feature of this residence is the bespoke joinery, designed and crafted across the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry and wardrobes. The kitchen showcases softly curved timber cabinetry paired with natural stone benchtops, creating a warm yet contemporary focal point. Fine detailing such as integrated shadow lines, rounded edges and custom hardware adds to the understated luxury of the space.
Full-height cabinetry and tailored storage solutions were carried throughout, ensuring both functionality and visual continuity. From the seamless wardrobe finishes to the carefully considered laundry and bathroom joinery, every element was designed to feel cohesive and built-in.
The result is a calm, highly detailed interior where craftsmanship and design work together effortlessly, delivering a sophisticated and timeless end result.
