This top-floor residence has been thoughtfully transformed from a tired space into a refined, modern home. While the wider building works were completed by others, Annan Interiors was engaged to deliver all joinery throughout the apartment, working closely with the team at Overlay Interior Architecture and Design, who led the design direction.
Overlay Interior Architecture and Design has created a beautifully resolved interior, balancing rich textures, clean lines, and a sophisticated material palette. Our role was to bring that vision to life through high-quality, precision-crafted joinery. This included the kitchen, bathrooms, wardrobes, laundry, and bespoke built-in lounge furniture – all manufactured in-house and installed with meticulous attention to detail.
The kitchen forms a striking focal point, featuring a bold stone island with waterfall edges, complemented by dark timber cabinetry and integrated lighting. Throughout the apartment, the joinery enhances the overall design language – from the warm, tailored wardrobes to the seamless stone vanities in the bathrooms. Subtle details, such as fluted panels, full-height cabinetry, and carefully considered finishes, add depth and quiet sophistication.
